Starights Staffing coordinates recruitment processes between vetted international workers and sponsoring employers within Australia. All applications submitted through our platform undergo strict assessments to verify professional competency, identity integrity, and regulatory character requirements. Submission of credentials does not guarantee a permanent contract or immediate deployment to work premises.

Under Australian labor standards, candidate verification requires matching individual qualifications against direct occupational descriptions. Any discrepancies or misleading documentation presented on applicant profiles will result in immediate disqualification and reporting to immigration authorities.

2. Relocation Agreements

By agreeing to these terms, all candidates certify that they are prepared and willing to migrate physically to Australia. Candidates from outside Australia must be willing and ready to relocate and work in Australia. No remote opportunities are available. Sponsoring contracts require onsite attendance at designated Australian office coordinates.

Relocation processes entail specific travel logistics, physical health clearances, and character checks, including federal police declarations. Sponsoring employers coordinate structured travel packages, but failure to secure appropriate border check compliance cancels placement agreements.
